Hospitality careers in the Gulf

A golden era for Gulf hospitality

Saudi Arabia is undergoing the most dramatic hospitality transformation of any country in history. The Red Sea Project alone will add 50 luxury resorts across 22 islands. Qiddiya, NEOM's Sindalah island, and Diriyah Gate will each become world-class hospitality destinations. The country needs thousands of experienced hotel professionals urgently.

Dubai has cemented itself as the world's most visited city for international tourism. Demand for hospitality talent remains consistently high as new properties open and established ones maintain their luxury positioning. The competition for experienced general managers and F&B directors is intense.

Morocco is growing fast as a destination, with Marrakech, Agadir, and the Atlantic coast attracting major luxury brands. Four Seasons, Raffles, and Mandarin Oriental all operate or are opening properties there.
